I should have put a little more time into the piece itself and worked more on the shading and definition of the character in general, overall I feel I could have done a better job, and at this later stage in the semester, probably would have.

Sketchbook Assignment; Tom Cruise as a Cowboy
Okay, so here I struggled a little bit, because not only am I not a
strong fan of portraits, but I'm not a strong fan of Tom Cruise either, I
dunno he just doesn't do it for me... but I'm getting off track here.
I should have put a little more time into the piece itself and worked more on the shading and definition of the character in general, overall I feel I could have done a better job, and at this later stage in the semester, probably would have.
